 12:00 AM  Annual Club Shutdown - Club Closed
The ACC will be closed for one week for maintenance and renovation projects. The clubhouse will close at 10PM on Saturday, August 10 and will reopen at 5AM on Monday, August 19. There will be no access to the clubhouse during this time. Arrangements have been made at the YMCA for access to their weightroom, basketball court and pool during the ACC closure. Please present a valid ID upon your first visit. Dining arrangements will be available at the Columbus Club and the Columbus Country Club.

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
  
 6:00 AM-6:45 AM  Total Strength: Brittany
Are you looking to add strength training to your workout routine? Total Strength is a great way to achieve overall strength and muscle tone. This class will feature high- energy total body strength training techniques aimed at building lean muscle and blasting fat. The class utilizes premium fitness equipment (barbells, dumbbells, TRX, Exercise bands, etc.) as well as body weight and plyometrics for an all-over high-intensity workout. Challenging for all fitness levels and experience.
  
 12:30 PM-1:15 PM  Reformer Pilates: Michele
One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar and many other variations. The reformer offers all of the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Please note, prior Pilates experience is required before taking a class. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Due to the small group training environment, there is an additional charge to attend this class.
