 9:00 AM-11:15 AM  Spring Swim Lessons: Session I
Red Cross swim classes are available for infants, children, teens, and adults. And regardless of where you take your swimming lessons, you can expect caring, patient, and safe instruction from trained, professional instructors who can help even the most timid of swimmers learn to enjoy the water. Every beginner class starts with the basics, like becoming comfortable in the water and learning safety and basic strokes, then moves on to stroke development, refinement and improvement, then developing ease and efficiency in the water.

A yoga inspired stretch and strength class designed to achieve body symmetry and muscular balance. Movement combines the whole of the body with emphasis on core strength, isolating body quadrants & planes equally. Beneficial to athletes, rehabbing injured and fitness enthusiasts. Newbies welcome!
  
 10:15 AM-11:00 AM  Barre: Jess
Barre is an upbeat exercise workout that integrates interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely re-shape your entire body. This low-impact workout combines the grace of the ballet bar with the wisdom of yoga and the strength of Pilates. The class also incorporates stretching segments after each strengthening series, lengthening your body and increasing flexibility while you tone. You will become strong like an athlete, long and lean like a dancer.
  
 11:30 AM-12:00 PM  Yoga for Youngsters
Saturdays, March 9 - 30 11:30 AM - Noon This parent-assisted 4-week program is a fun, easy-going introduction to yoga and physical movement for small children. Open to pre-school aged children, ages 3-5. $40 for (4) 30-minute classes, or $15 per class.
