 9:00 AM-4:00 PM  "School's Out" Kids Camp
Bring the kids to the ACC for a day full of fun on a day off from school! Gym activities, bowling, swimming, movie and arts and crafts are all included in one day (and lunch, too!). $60 per child. Ages 4 - 10. Limit 12 kids per camp day.
 10:00 AM-10:45 AM  LIFT (Low Intensity)
L.I.F.T. is Low Intensity Fitness Training. This is a resistance training class focusing on proper form and function using light weights, body weight, and a variety of resistance fitness equipment. Exercise modifications will be provided and suggested for various musculoskeletal needs (i.e., osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacements). Class instructor: Mary Jane Timmons
