Overview of the day:
Heats will begin on Sunday December 16th at 8:00 am.
Each participant/team is trying to go the maximum distance possible in 20 minutes in the pool, spin bike, and treadmill. Each section will be scored based off of the number of participants.
Participants in the first heat will be able to be in the club and in the pool 10 mins before heat start time. Each heat will be 30 mins apart giving 10 mins of transition time from Heat A to Heat B, etc. Heat start times are as followed: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, and 10:30. Heats will be age and gender specific.
Transitions will be timed through official timers; one in the pool, one in the spinning studio, and one on the 4th floor at the treadmills. Transition time between the pool will be 10 mins to change out of your suit and into clothes for the spinning and the running portion. Transition between the spinning room and the treadmill will be 4 mins. Final scores will be based on a placement score for each category.
