If your desire is to simply improve your fitness or take your training to the next level, this personal training program is for you. BURN is a multi-week progression training program: • Personalized for your needs and goals • Strength train multiple times a week with a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer • Focus on building lean muscle mass and strength while tracking progress • Push your aerobic capacity, build stamina, and receive nutritional support to boost your metabolism and enhance fat burning Space is limited and online sign up is required. These trial classes are available for someone who has never tried BURN fitness classes and may be considering signing up for the January season.
