Bring the kids to the ACC for a day full of fun on a day off from school! Gym activities, bowling, swimming, movie and arts and crafts are all included in one day (and lunch, too!). $70 per child. Ages 4 - 10. Limit 12 kids per camp day.
  
 10:00 AM-10:45 AM LIFT (Low Intensity)
L.I.F.T. is Low Intensity Fitness Training. This is a resistance training class focusing on proper form and function using light weights, body weight, and a variety of resistance fitness equipment. Exercise modifications will be provided and suggested for various musculoskeletal needs (i.e., osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacements). Class instructor: Mary Jane Timmons

Wednesday, January 16 – Social Ventures with Allen Proctor SocialVentures advances businesses that intentionally integrate social impact as a non-negotiable component of their business model. SocialVentures supports these nonprofit and for-profit businesses so that entrepreneurs, consumers and beneficiaries of their mission-driven endeavors are all better positioned to prosper. Wednesday, January 23 – Conscious Capitalism with Haley Boehning and Jen Bowden Dig deeper into Conscious Capitalism’s scenarios and concepts. How does the idea work on a global scale? How valuable is an individual? This will be a more advanced discussion. Wednesday, January 30 – Clean Turn with John Rush John is a social entrepreneur with a distinct focus on changing the paradigm of how we think about the relationship between business and the social sector. After his service in the US Marine Corps, John focused his career on coming along side men and women impacted by homelessness, incarceration, human trafficking, domestic violence and other challenging backgrounds. Over the course of his career John has been instrumental in hiring over 3,500 men and women through an array of social enterprises.

 8:00 AM-12:00 PM TEAM ACC Indoor Tri
Overview of the day: Heats will begin on Sunday February 24th at 8:00 am. Each participant/team is trying to go the maximum distance possible in 20 minutes in the pool, spin bike, and treadmill. Each section will be scored based off of the number of participants. Participants in the first heat will be able to be in the club and in the pool 10 mins before heat start time. Each heat will be 30 mins apart giving 10 mins of transition time from Heat A to Heat B, etc. Heat start times are as follows: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, and 10:30. Heats will be age and gender specific. Transitions will be timed through official timers; one in the pool, one in the spinning studio, and one on the 4th floor at the treadmills. Transition time between the pool will be 10 mins to change out of your suit and into clothes for the spinning and the running portion. Transition between the spinning room and the treadmill will be 4 mins. Final scores will be based on a placement score for each category. Cost: (Includes t-shirt, refreshments, and prizes.) Team ACC Members receive a $10 discount. Individual Entry: $30 2 person team: $55 3 person team: $70
