Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Intensity level: Moderate to High
  
 9:30 AM-10:00 AM  Tabata Takedown: Sandy
Tabata training, also known as the Tabata Protocol, is a new type of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. Tabata training follows a specific format: 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise, 10 seconds of rest. Be prepared to sweat!
