Member Services

Use of the athletic facility is included with general membership, as well as participation in group fitness classes. The athletic facility consists of a cardio room with cardiovascular and resistance equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, stairclimbers, rowers, elliptical and other state-of-the-art equipment. A full array of free weights, selectorized machines and plate-loaded equipment including a full line of Hammer Strength equipment complete the weight room. Members may also use our two group excercise rooms, one for spinning and the other for group fitness classes.

Both men's and women's locker rooms have a steam room and are provided with soaps, razors, shaving cream, towel service and toiletries. A family locker room for parents accompanying children is available as well as a lounge area with television, phone, daily newspapers and magazines.

The whirlpool and swimming pool are located on the fourth floor. Members may use the pool for lap swimming, aquatic exercise, open swimming, birthday parties and more. The Pro Shop stocks a variety of athletic wear, aquatic supplies, court-sport equipment and supplements. The fifth and sixth floors are home to squash, handball and basketball courts.

Barber shop services, massage therapy, personal training and tanning are available for an additional fee.
