Balance (Group Fitness Studio)

A yoga inspired stretch and strength class designed to achieve body symmetry and muscular balance. Movement combines the whole of the body with emphasis on core strength. Isolating body quadrants & planes equally, emphasizing balance and body control. Beneficial to athletes, rehabbing injured (with doctor' approval), and fitness enthusiasts. Newbies welcome!

 

Cardio Cross-Train (Group Fitness Studio)

Looking for an incredible, fat-burning, heart-pumping workout? Then this class is for you! Using combinations of athletic-based aerobic moves, step, body bars, hand weights, medicine balls and tubes, this high-energy, multi-intensity class is the ultimate in cardiovascular workouts.

 

Master Swim (Pool)

Taught by a certified swim coach to get the most effective workout while improving stroke volume. Learn stroke improvement techniques and get a great cardiovascular workout in a group environment. Must be able to complete 15 lengths of the pool using freestyle without stopping. Ages 18 and up.

 

Mat Pilates (Group Fitness Studio)

An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility.

 

Monday Mixer (Group Fitness Studio)

Keep your bodies guessing each Monday morning with a 45 minute workout. Come to experience something different every time. Your Monday mixer can consist of anything from a 20/20/20 class to full body strength training to kickboxing with all exercise fun in between. Meet down in the Group Fitness Studio to discover what the day holds for you and your body.

 

Power Ride: Spin & Sculpt! (Spinning Studio)

This 45 minute combination class starts with cycling then ends with core training. Two workouts in one to save time and get results. Sign-up is required due to the limited number of bikes. Please call the front desk within 24 hours of the class to secure your bike.

 

Ride in 45 (Spinning Studio)

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. Sign-up is required due to the limited number of bikes. Please call the front desk within 24 hours of the class to secure your bike.

 

Spindurance (Spinning Studio)

An extended studio cycling class that is perfect for the weekend warrior. Extra minutes equals extra endurance, extra calories and extra strength. Sign-up is required due to the limited number of bikes. Please call the front desk within 24 hours of the class to secure your bike.

 

Super Sculpt (Group Fitness Studio)

This is your hour of Power. High energy barbell conditioning class set to awesome music. All levels will be satisfied with this fun, dynamic and effective workout.

 

Total Body Conditioning (Weightroom)

A muscle conditioning class for all levels using various resistance equipment and steps to build strength and endurance as you tone your whole body. All levels.

 

TRX Shred (Kirk’s Court)

Improve your performance and take your training to the next level with this TRX/Sports Conditioning Class. A class set to timed intervals no and off the TRX paired with unique dynamic warm-ups and drills made to improve flexibility, strength and core stability. This class is designed for beginners to experienced athletes to give you a total body shred from head to toe. Sign-up is required due to the limited number of TRX suspension trainers. Please call the front desk within 24 hours of the class to secure your spot.

 

Warriors Workout (Fitness Studio)

Everyone has an inner warrior...do you want to find yours? Come Wednesday nights to challenge yourself and break free! The warriors workout will push you to be stronger, faster and ready to take on all opponents of life. This hour long class is based off of powerful strength exercises paired with traditional fighting techniques that include punching, kicking, and core work. Come ready to fight and push yourself into the best shape of your life!

 

Water Aerobics (Pool)

Water aerobics is a non-weight bearing resistance and aerobic exercise performed in shallow water. It is easy on the joints and improves cardiovascular conditioning. Great for members of all ages!

 

Yoga  (Group Fitness Studio)

Whether stressed at work, looking to improve your golf swing, getting toned for the pool, or training for a marathon, yoga combines strength, flexibility and focus exercises that will help you achieve your unique goals. Vinyasa flow with an Ashtanga base, it is a workout full of fluid movements and poses.
