Cardio Step
Step combines aerobic exercises and dance movements that are performed in a choreographed routine by stepping onto an adjustable platform for diverse levels of intensity. Individual moves are introduced, then added together to progressively build combinations that travel vertically, horizontally, and diagonally.
Express Training
This simple, easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of Keiser™ equipment. A full body workout you can get in 30 minutes or less! Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Group Training
Challenge yourself with this athletic-based cardio/strength training circuit workout set up in stations. Time flies as you make your way around the circuit and walk away with a complete, full-body workout!
Master Swim
Learn stroke improvement techniques and get a great cardiovascular workout in a group environment. Must be able to complete 15 lengths of the pool using freestyle without stopping. Ages 18 and up.
Indoor Cycling
An exhilarating, multi-level cycling journey set to great, motivating music. Your instructor will take you through various challenges and levels of intensity. Outdoor cycling experience is not required.
Pilates
Condition the mind and body to strengthen the body's core unit. Series of mat work exercises will help to develop strength, flexibility and better body coordination while improving body alignment, and creating balance for more efficient movement.
Spin & Sculpt
Get two workouts in one! Ride for 40 minutes and increase your muscular strength for 20 minutes. Hit both cardiovascular and strength training in one session.

Whether stressed at work, looking to improve your golf swing, getting toned for the pool, or training for a marathon, yoga combines strength, flexibility and focus exercises that will help you achieve your unique goals. Vinyasa flow with an Ashtanga base, it is a workout full of fluid movements and poses.
